Roster

Random roster published 14 days in advance for the following month. Five clusters available but not always followed by rostering department. Minimum 7 days off per month, typically 10 (minimum 120 days per year). Mostly overnight trips. Typical duty periods 4-5 days. Off-days typically 2-3 days; 1 day off occurs occasionally. Commuting is possible and common. A320 overnights: domestic and international. A220 overnights: domestic only.

Leave

30 days per year. Leave days reduce off-days at a rate of 1 leave day per 3 off-days. Example: 7 off-days plus 3 leave days equals 9 days not working (not 10). 7 off-days plus 6 leave days equals 11 days not working (not 13). Leave days are paid per contract.

On ITA flights from date of joining. ZED on MyID Travel after 6 months. Crew Return to Base (CRB): unlimited free staff travel on ITA flights from residence to base (FCO/LIN) from date of joining.
