Roster
Published 14 days in advance for the following month. typically 10 (minimum 120 days per year). Mostly overnight trips. Typical duty periods 4-5 days. Off-days typically 2-3 days; 1 day off occurs occasionally. Commuting is possible and common. A320 overnights: domestic and international. A220 overnights: domestic only.
Leave
Leave days reduce off-days at a rate of 1 leave day per 3 off-days. Example: 7 off-days plus 3 leave days equals 9 days not working (not 10). 7 off-days plus 6 leave days equals 11 days not working (not 13). Leave days are paid per contract.
