These Terms govern your use of PilotWise. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Recruiter and operator accounts must be approved by us before they can access pilot data, and approval may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Pilot information

Pilots are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, including licences, ratings, hours, medical details and uploaded documents. PilotWise does not verify regulatory validity and is not a substitute for an operator's own compliance checks.

Recruiter obligations

Approved recruiters and operators may use pilot data solely to identify and contact candidates. You must not export, resell, scrape or misuse pilot data, or use it for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose, or for marketing unrelated to genuine opportunities.

Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your identity, company or qualifications.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or security.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PilotWise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring or employment decisions made using the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
